The following policy has been implemented and activated in order to control the use of the provided computing resources.
VM owners are obliged to periodically login to the portal. If a user does not perform a login for a period of 6 months, all of his VMs will be deactivated, but his account will still be available. During this period of six months, the user will be informed about the prominent deactivation of his account. Three months after the deactivation of the VMs, if the user still has not performed the required login to the portal, his account will be deactivated and his VMs will be permamently deleted.
This process is automated and there is no way to recover a virtual machine's data once it has been deleted.
